Defend Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments
URGENT: President Trump gutted protections for Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments – AGAIN!
On July 13, 2026, President Trump announced he reduced the boundaries of Bears Ears National Monument and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument by a combined three million acres, which virtually eliminates them.
Take action today to oppose these executive actions, which puts Tribal cultural resources, habitats, animals, clean water, outdoor recreation access, and local economies and communities at immediate risk.
