Other Ways to Give
Give Stock or Mutual Funds
Did you know that when you donate appreciated stock, you may avoid the tax on the gain while deducting 100% of the value of the contribution? That makes stock gifting one of the most tax-advantaged ways to give. And when you donate stock, we get to keep the proceeds that would have gone to pay taxes - it’s a win-win for you and us!
Donor Advised Funds
A Donor-Advised Fund is a tax-advantaged charitable savings account, giving you the flexibility to recommend gifts to the Conservation Lands Foundation. You can transfer cash or other assets to a tax-exempt sponsor organization, recommend grants to Conservation Lands Foundation, and get a federal income tax charitable deduction.
Give at Work
You can give in small increments throughout the year through your employer-sponsored payroll deduction program or double or even triple your contribution if your employer matches your gift. Many retired employees may also still be eligible to take advantage of employer matching gifts.
Corporate Giving
Corporate philanthropy programs contribute to positive working environments, and increase employee engagement and customer satisfaction. CLF can partner with your business in a variety of ways to support your team in giving back together.
Planned/Legacy Giving
You can make one of the most powerful and lasting contributions to protect America’s remaining public lands for future generations.
Donate in Honor of Someone
Celebrate a milestone, memorialize a loved one, or recognize a friend’s passion for the outdoors. When you donate in honor of someone, you support public lands while creating a meaningful tribute. A personalized acknowledgment will be sent to your honoree or their loved ones, celebrating your shared commitment to protecting natural places.
