BLM Travel Management Planning and Off-Highway Vehicle Conflicts

BLM has adopted a process guiding Travel and Transportation Management on western public lands, and this stepped process and sequence requires Friends groups to diligently prepare and engagement to affect the outcome. Lizzy Potter from Advocates for the West will discuss BLM’s Travel Planning rule and the Travel and Transportation Management planning process, and how Friends groups can engage most effectively.
