Coalition Management

This webinar will explore the benefits, common types, and typical dynamics within coalitions, including differentials in interests, capacity, resources, and power. We will also address why, whether, and when to form coalitions, “membership” in them, the importance of clarity of shared goals and trust-building, how to manage them, and ways to work through disagreements about strategies and tactics. Finally, we will discuss when it is time to declare victory or to part ways to pursue shared interests in a different manner.
