About Friends Of Black Rock High Rock
The Friends of Black Rock - High Rock is focused on supporting groups to come together with the common goal to preserve the Black Rock Desert High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area. We promote appreciation for the historical, ecological, agricultural, recreational and scenic resources outlined in the National Conservation Lands Strategy.
We are it's neighbors, visitors and concerned citizens. Friends of Black Rock - High Rock plays an important role in the stewardship of these magnificent landscapes through boots on the ground citizen science projects, tending the land and through adult and youth education initiatives.
